The working principle of high frequency induction welding machine;
The metal coil is used as the medium material, and the power frequency alternating current of 220v/50HZ is converted into the high frequency of 30-100KHZ. The high frequency magnetic field is generated through the mold, and the welded metal is induced by the main frequency, so that it is heated rapidly by the high frequency magnetic field generated locally near the metal in the induction ring. And then the heated metal and plastic or simultaneously heated metal fusion together, and then through a certain pressure to weld shape, so as to achieve high frequency induction welding. Its high frequency induction power ranges from 15KW to 25KW.

Procedure:

1) Connect the air source, connect to the 220v power supply and ground reliably.

2) Connect the lower mode induction coil and ensure that the connection head is locked to prevent water seepage.

3) Turn on the power switch to check whether the equipment is working normally (whether the cooling fan is started, whether the cooling water pump is started, whether there is water seepage in the connecting joints, whether the power switch of the high frequency generator is opened, and whether the high frequency generator has alarm indication)

4) Mold adjustment: First set the manual/automatic switch to the set state, then place the welded adhesive in the lower die, and then place the upper die on the adhesive, loosen the locking handle and click the touch screen manual drop button to reduce the stroke, rotate the height adjustment handle to make the upper die act on the adhesive part to a certain pressure, adjust 4 horizontal screws to make the upper die fully contact with the adhesive part. Finally, fix the upper die and lock the handle. Press the stop button to return the upper die. The adjustment of the die is completed. 5) Pre-set the touch screen delay time, heating time, cooling time and rising time, set the manual/automatic selector switch to automatic state, test welding products and adjust the heating time and heating power according to the welding effect.
