The machine adopts electric heating method to transfer heat from the heating plate to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic parts. Make its surface melt, and then the heating plate exit quickly, the two pieces of upper and lower parts surface fuse and solidify together as a whole. It is driven by pneumatic control.

The machine is suitable for the welding, riveting or screw embedding;For example, if we need to rivet these points in a plate, we could use the spot welder, but to improve the efficiency, we could use heat staking machine to rivet plastic points at the same time; and also, if there are many screws need to be embedded into a plastic part, we could also use the machine to embed at the same time.
The heating power and mold size can be set according to different size of plastic parts to achieve a variety of plastic work piece welding.

Ultrasonic mechanical welding temperature can be set in the range of 0 ~ 600℃ according to the actual needs of welding. The control mode can be divided into manual and automatic control. Manual mode is mainly used for the the debugging of the mechanism and mold. For example, if you want to change the mould, you need to change to manual mode at first. Manual mode is normally used in production.
