If you encounter this problem, you can choose to replace another style of card slab with ultrasonic line for subsequent mold customization. If you do not want to change another style, you can ask the card slabs supplier for adding ultrasonic line on the basis of the original mold, but this way will be relatively high cost, because it will involve the revise of ultrasonic mold.
2.Inappropriate size ultrasonic line height
Generally speaking, the height of the ultrasonic line is 0.3-0.5mm. If the height of the ultrasonic line is too high, it will cause to overflow glue. If the height of the ultrasonic line is too low, the welding effect is not strong and it is easy to break apart.
How to find these problems?
1. Before card slabs payment, you can ask if the card slabs’ supplier has ultrasonic line and if the ultrasonic line height is up to standard;
2. Before the ultrasonic mold customization, the ultrasonic welding machine factory will check the ultrasonic line after receiving the sample before the mold customization, and will remind you of this problem during the inspection to avoid the following a serious of problems.
